Porosus Hermes crocodile skin has the smallest of the scales and is the most exclusive.  
Comes with lock, keys, clochette, sleepers and signature Hermes box.
Light natural wear marks on the skin can likely be buffed and treated at the Hermes Spa.  However, to my eye, there is no need at this time.
The bottom plaque is marked more than the plaque that is stamped Hermes Paris.  At some point in the future Hermes can replace the hardware.
